I’m Jay, a certified massage therapist, martial artist, and intuitive healer based in Winnetka, CA. Many people know me by another name, Hawk. A name that reflects both my deep connection to the unseen and my commitment to being a clear-eyed guide in others’ healing journeys.
I’ve spent over two decades studying movement, structure, and energy through martial arts and bodywork. My formal massage training includes Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapy, Sports Massage, and Kinesiology. I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, where I now assist in teaching future massage therapists and lead bodywork labs.
While my formal massage training came later than my martial training, my education of the body began in stillness, in breath, and listening. The body has always spoken to me in ways beyond language. I found my role to be that of a translator, helping others hear it too.
Each session is more than just pain relief — it’s a recalibration. I integrate therapeutic techniques with energetic sensitivity to address physical discomfort, emotional holding, and spiritual disconnection.
My goal isn’t just to fix what hurts, but to help you return to a state of balance, where you feel more grounded, present, and whole.
Clients describe my touch as deeply intuitive, both firm and compassionate. Some feel a release in their body. Others experience calm, clarity, or subtle energetic shifts. Every session is customized to meet your body’s present needs and long-term goals.
I work from a dedicated home studio in Winnetka, CA, and offer mobile sessions throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
“My work is not just about muscle and fascia, it’s about resonance, remembering, and release.”
Whether you’re looking to reduce chronic pain, regulate your nervous system, or explore healing on a deeper level, I welcome you.
